I share what’s going on through me as I work through this under the lens of “coming back to myself” particularly how certain feelings manifest in my body in the form of anxiety.

I walk you through how to identify the sensations in your body and how we label it as a certain feeling. Getting back to embodiment rather than staying stuck in our head.

Life is unpredictable, how do we respond to this uncertainty and unpredictability while remaining true to ourselves?
