Welcome back to The Breathing Space [TBS]
In this episode I share about my ever evolving relationship with social media. I’ve been reflecting on this relationship for quite some time and finally feel ready to share more about it - including the differences I’ve felt when on socials vs. completely off of it and where I’ve landed with it now. I’m going over my biggest breakthroughs, concerns, current usage, if I feel I’m missing anything when I’m offline, and some very unexpected observations as well as what has helped me land in a place where I feel content in my relationship with social media. Perhaps these themes are also coming up for you too.
If you’ve struggled with feeling addicted to social media or questioned whether you should just get off it altogether - then this episode is for you.
