The world is chaotic, our minds are chaotic, the news is certainly chaotic… let’s find a little peace, calm and presence. Enter the 100 Days of Mindfulness. Like all of my best ideas, they came intuitively and spontaneously. I shared it on notes and people were intrigued and wanted to join in.

An invitation to my upcoming free offering where we walk together on this journey of mindfulness. I’ll be doing it alongside you as we discover what mindfulness means to us, searching for presence, calm and peace while also noticing the small shifts, celebrations, realizations and hopefully fun along the way!
