Accessing the practice
As such, I will be sharing a practice each month in which everyone has access whether a paid subscriber or not for a month. Before the Practice:
This month our theme is Meeting Yourself Where You Are. Last week we focused on exploring what this concept looks like for ourselves and any beliefs and feelings we currently have towards it with the aid of some journal prompts.
You may want to revisit your answers after the practice (and make sure you’ve given them some thought before doing the practice).
