Welcome back to the 30 Days of Breath here in The Breathing Space. This is the space to explore and connect with all parts of yourself.
Holy cow, can you believe 30 days have come and gone? I want to thank you for being here and participating. However, it’s all on you and the choice you made to show up. You’re the one who made the most out of this experience.
I don’t want to leave you hanging though so…
If you’re interested in continuing to practice, then you’re invited to join MAKE SPACE where these recordings will continue to be available along with other breathwork practices and meditations (including longer and more in depth experiences). All at your disposal 24/7 so you can practice whenever you need it.
You can also experience the power of live breathwork by joining me the first Monday of every month for OPEN SPACE. It is truly special to be in a space with others in real time.
And for those who want to go deep into their own individual path and connection with the support of someone holding space for you then reach out to me and we can discuss a private mentorship container. If you want a taste then book a 1:1 call.
Speaking of choices, today’s practice is your call. Now that you’ve been practicing and have experienced 5 different breath patterns (continual conscious, pulse, blow, halo, tri-active) I’ve left the breath pattern up to you. Go with what your body wants, not what your head says.
Intention:
I make connected choices
Breath Pattern:
Your choice
Today’s Practice:
And as always, every comment, restack or share (tag @spacebreathwork on IG) enters you to win a 1:1 breathwork session.
If you’re enjoying the practice and want a space to go deeper, then book a 1:1 session.
I’ll see you tomorrow for the next practice.
Let us know in the comments:
