Yesterday we released anxiety and today we’re going to release stress. Many of us don’t even notice that we carry stress in our bodies. It has become such a normal part of us and our day to be living in a constant state of low level anxiety and stress. This practice is to be present with the feeling and if it feels ready to be released, then to make space for it to release.
