Anxiety is a collection of sensations in the body. It is living in fear of what could potentially happen in the future. So we need to get back into the body and back into the present - and breathwork is one of the best practices to do that. I allows us to release anxiety from our body and come back into connection with ourselves. The tri-active is one of the best breath patterns to bring about this release.
